Combination therapy; anti-inflammatory, antipruritic, and vasoconstrictive effects

Indicated for Skin Disorders, Hemorrhoids, Anal fissures, Pruritus ani

Hypersensitivity

Hirsutism

Acne

Cutaneous and subcutaneous atrophy

Dry scaly skin

Echymoses and petechia

Hyperpigmentation

Rash

Systemic absorption of topical corticosteroids may cause hypothalamic-pituitary axis suppression when applied over large surface areas; other adverse effects include hyperglycemia, HPA suppression, glycosuria, fluid and electrolyte changes, hyperglycemia etc

Allergic contact dermatitis

Prolonged treatment with corticosteroids is associated with development of Kaposi’s sarcoma

Discontinue if infection develops.

Pregnancy Category: C

Lactation: Unknown if distributed in breast milk; exercise caution
